Your Agreement with Pakistan's Premier Platform

hd77 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under international gaming licensing standards. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements between you and hd77 relating to the subject matter herein. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any translation discrepancy.

hd77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms should be read together with the hd77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use hd77's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hd77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services without exception.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from hd77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of hd77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have a single account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held at that time.

Each member is permitted to hold one and only one active hd77 account. Where hd77 identifies that a member holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and net winnings derived from bonus play may be voided at hd77's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hd77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hd77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to add an additional layer of security to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact hd77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use the same password for your hd77 account that you use for other online services.

hd77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer") at any point during a member's account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.

hd77 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Raast. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for each payment method are displayed within the hd77 cashier section and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your hd77 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. hd77 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account not belonging to you will result in the deposit being returned and may trigger an account review.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan, or Raast are credited within 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed by hd77 within an average of 15 minutes during normal operational hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by hd77's finance team following a formal request.
• hd77 does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR deposits and withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

hd77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the general bonus rules in this clause apply.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus offers have validity periods. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity window.
• hd77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of technical error, regulatory requirement, or suspected abuse.
• A member may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times through new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

hd77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, collusion with other members on bonus play, using software to complete wagering requirements systematically, or making low-risk bet patterns solely to clear bonus requirements — are all considered bonus abuse and are grounds for immediate account suspension and full forfeiture of bonus-related balances.

All casino games offered on hd77 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from accredited international gaming testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is statistically independent of all previous rounds and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party including hd77 itself.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent the long-run theoretical return and do not constitute a guarantee of return on any individual session, day, or period of play. Short-term results will naturally vary significantly from the stated RTP.

• The use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to obtain a financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known software error will be voided.
• Collusion between members at live casino tables is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• hd77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome, in accordance with the affected game's specific rules.

hd77's sports betting product covers cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, esports, and other sporting and competitive events. All bets are accepted subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are available within the hd77 sportsbook section.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from hd77. Any bet placed during a system error or connectivity issue may be voided if not confirmed.
• hd77 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including during live in-play events, where integrity concerns arise or data feeds are interrupted.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with hd77's sport-specific void and settlement rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per member account. These limits are specified within the sportsbook and may differ by sport and market type.
• hd77 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for any member where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• PSL (Pakistan Super League) and other Pakistan domestic cricket markets are subject to the same general betting rules as all other cricket markets.

Match-fixing, insider information betting, and any form of sports corruption are serious offences under these Terms and under applicable laws. hd77 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting activity to the appropriate authorities.

hd77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hd77 members directly within their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from hd77 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

hd77 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or temporary account suspensions, where our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour associated with problem gambling. This is a protective measure and not a disciplinary action.

hd77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with hd77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, promotional communications. hd77 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• hd77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers.
• Payment card and bank account data is handled in compliance with applicable payment security standards.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by hd77, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• hd77 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or gaming licensing bodies where we are legally required to do so.

All content on the hd77 platform including but not limited to: the hd77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game content, audio, video, and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of hd77 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd77 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hd77 content without prior written permission from hd77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the hd77 platform or services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

hd77's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus or promotional funds.

hd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Any action that hd77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to member misconduct, hd77 reserves the right to withhold and void any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and any amounts that hd77 has reasonable grounds to believe were obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity. Real-money deposit balances not implicated in the misconduct will be returned to the member's verified payment method.

You may close your hd77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

hd77 is committed to resolving member complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a dispute or complaint relating to any aspect of your hd77 account or the services provided, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact hd77 support via live chat for immediate assistance. The majority of account and transaction queries are resolved at this stage within 3–5 minutes.
• Step 2 — Email Support: For complex disputes not resolved via live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue, relevant dates, and account information. hd77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with hd77's response after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant gaming licensing authority under whose framework hd77 operates. Details of the appropriate escalation body will be provided in hd77's written response at Step 2.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. hd77 will not consider complaints submitted after this period except where the member can demonstrate that the delay was caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

hd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — hd77 will notify active members via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.

Minor amendments, including clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-substantive formatting changes, may be published without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the hd77 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hd77 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through hd77's internal complaints procedure.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hd77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraudulent activity, or enforce any obligation that is capable of interim judicial enforcement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
